If your cooler is not detected in iCUE after restarting your PC, it may be due to a software conflict with other programs that control RGB components. However, your cooler will continue to function normally, except for the inability to adjust RGB lighting or switch between cooling profiles.

The following software is known to conflict with iCUE, especially if outdated:
- EVGA PrecisionXOC
- MSI Mystic Light/MSI Center/Afterburner
- Asus AuraRGB/Aura Sync/Armory Crate
- Gigabyte RGB Fusion
- NZXT Cam
- Wallpaper Engine
Steps to Resolve the Conflict

Check for Software Conflicts:
- Uninstall any conflicting software listed above.
- If you prefer not to uninstall the software, ensure all programs are up to date.
- Alternatively, deactivate RGB controls within the conflicting software.

Update Software:
- Conflicts are commonly caused by outdated software. Update all relevant programs to the latest versions.

Reinstall Conflicting Software (Optional):
- Once the detection issue is resolved, you can reinstall any previously uninstalled programs.

Manually Restart iCUE Service:
- Open iCUE.
- Click the Settings icon in the upper right.
- Click the Restart button next to Restart iCUE Service.
