If your AIO cooler is functioning but your PC is still overheating, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue. If none of the steps resolve your problem, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
Important: We do NOT recommend opening or modifying the cooler in any way, as this will void the warranty.
Step 1: Check Mounting Pressure
- Ensure that the pump is seated firmly and does not have any play when moved. If the mounting hardware is flexing, it may have been over-tightened.
- By consulting your motherboard's manual, verify that you are using the correct mounting hardware.
Step 2: Clean Fans and Radiators
- Inspect the fans and radiators for any dirt or debris that may be obstructing airflow.
- Remove any debris to ensure optimal performance and airflow.
Step 3: Reapply Thermal Paste
- If you have had your PC for an extended period, consider reapplying the thermal paste. New tubes of thermal paste are available in our online store.
- We recommend reapplying thermal paste every 12 to 18 months for best results.
