Currently, due to our terms and conditions, we do not offer support for Windows 11 upgrades. We only offer support to the OS installed at the time of purchase. We will, however, help you to determine if your system is eligible for Windows 11 and if so help get your system prepped for upgrading. From there, for all Windows 11 based issues, we have to refer you to Microsoft. We want to make sure you are getting the proper support you need.
